Eligible local retailers will receive a one-time support to defray 90% of eligible costs (up to S$9000) for up to 6 months.

    As part of the Programme, you will have access to services including*:
  • Content development (e.g. Guidance and support for product photoshoot as per Amazon guidelines, content copywriting, product packaging - FBA Label Service, FBA Prep Service and FBA Repackaging Service, Free account management by Amazon account managers)
  • Channel management (e.g. Promotion and campaign planning, Forecasting and inventory management, Data analytics)
  • Fulfilment (e.g. Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) fees to enable local retailers scale swiftly and reach even more customers. Amazon pick, pack, and ship their products and take care of customer service and returns—so retailers can focus on growing your business)
  • Advertising and promotion (e.g. onsite/offsite marketing campaigns)
  • Retailer Engagement (e.g. Free trainings, workshops and 1:1 consultations, Free education on best practices of selling online with Amazon)
This aims to help retailers change their business model, and diversify their sales channels and revenue streams beyond traditional brick-and-mortar. This is especially relevant amidst the current COVID-19 situation. Having a robust e-commerce strategy will also enable retailers to be more competitive in the long-term.

Interested companies should meet all of the following criteria:

    Business entity is registered/incorporated in Singapore
    Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
    Company's annual turnover not exceeding S$100 million per annum based on the most recent audited report, or group employment not exceeding 200 employees
    Have a retail storefront previously before the Covid-19 situation in Singapore
ESG is prioritizing retail-oriented retailers with 47 as the first two digits of the ACRA SSIC and who have a physical retail shopfront retailing B2C products. If your business falls outside this requirement, the 90% support will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Registration will be open to retailers who are new to selling on Amazon.sg and sign up with Amazon.sg (as a vendor or a 3rd party seller) between 1 April 2020 and 30 September 2020. They will need to complete seller account registration and pass Amazon’s verification process.

The Information we collect from you may be verified, stored, and managed by Amazon, our affiliates and third-party vendors. As a result, the Information may be transmitted outside of your country of residence (including to our affiliates in the United States of America or other countries for which you register or use our services).

Any personal data you provide to us will be handled in accordance with Amazon’s Privacy Notice. By providing your information, you consent to us sharing this information with ESG, as well as other information relevant to your participation in the Programme as may be requested by ESG.
